The three main processes involved in coffee processing are milling, roasting and grinding.milling entails removal of coffee patchments or coffee husks using a machine called a coffee hurrer. Roasting entails changing green coffee berries into brownish. Grinding entails breaking down roasted coffee beans into smaller particles to increase the surface area for solubility. |
