ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS
Section 1 – Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Applied Competency Index Adoption Act, 20XX.
Section 2 – Interpretation
Defines:
- “ACI™” – Applied Competency Index
- “Competency” – Demonstrable, measurable applied skill
- “Accredited Institution” – Institution certified under ACI™ standards
- “National Applied Competency Authority (NACA)” – Regulatory body
PART I – ESTABLISHMENT
