Module 1: The Archaeology of the Bean
The Goal: Unlearning the “Exporter” identity.

🧪 Module 2: The Chemistry of Power
The Goal: Taking the “Magic” out of the hands of the elite.
  • Extraction as Equality: Mastering the math of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and extraction yields so no “expert” can tell a local brewer their cup is inferior.
  • The Roasting Revolution: Learning to roast in small, decentralized batches to bypass industrial processing plants.

  • Negotiation Ethics: Roleplaying high-stakes negotiations with international buyers to ensure the farmer keeps at least 60% of the final retail price (current averages are often below 10%).

Quality Pleasing the “Q-Grader” in London. Pleasing the community in Kirinyaga.
Wealth Earning a monthly wage. Owning a percentage of the value chain.
The Manifesto Quote “We will no longer be the world’s garden.
