At Kenya Coffee School (KCS™) and Barista Mtaani, coffee is more than a beverage — it’s a profession, a culture, and a pathway to youth empowerment.
Through world-class training led by certified experts from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), students gain the skills, confidence, and global recognition needed to excel in the competitive coffee industry.

🎓 Professional Coffee Education

Every course at Kenya Coffee School is designed to deliver competency-based, hands-on training that prepares learners for real-world success.
Our curriculum covers the entire coffee cycle — from cherry to cup — blending theory, science, and practice.

Learners explore:

  • Coffee origin and processing
  • Green coffee grading and roasting techniques
  • Brewing science and espresso extraction
  • Milk texturing, art, and café service
  • Cupping and sensory evaluation
  • Entrepreneurship and café management

“We train coffee thinkers, not just coffee makers.”
