I am Alfred Gitau Mwaura, a social entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable transformation within Kenya’s coffee sector. As the Founder of Kenya Coffee School, Barista Mtaani, and GOOD Trade Certification, I am committed to advancing coffee education, empowering youth, and promoting fair and sustainable trade practices. Since 2014, my work has focused on driving innovation in the specialty coffee industry, building inclusive value chains, and positioning Kenya’s coffee on the global stage.
