No individual, tutor, employee, or external party is permitted to present themselves as affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of Kenya Coffee School without explicit written authorization.

Kenya Coffee School reserves the full legal right to take action against any individual or entity found misusing its certification, brand, or credentials. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized use of Kenya Coffee School Certification as a trainer’s license or professional qualification.
