Open Skills Education (OSE™) is a global skills-equity framework founded by Alfred Gitau Mwaura to eliminate educational gatekeeping and unlock economic opportunity through skills-based learning, certification, and employment pathways .
Recognizing that:
- Millions of youth remain excluded from traditional education systems
- The global economy increasingly values skills over academic credentials
- There is a critical need for accessible, verifiable, and industry-aligned training systems
This Charter establishes a unified global ecosystem of institutions under:
