Let’s wire live Copernicus Sentinel-2 NDVI & NDWI layers into your Kenya Coffee FCS dashboard.
Sentinel Hub (via the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem) exposes WMS endpoints. You’ll need:
- A free Copernicus account → Sign up here
- An INSTANCE_ID (auto-generated when you create a configuration in EO Browser / Sentinel Hub dashboard).
What you must do:
- Replace
<INSTANCE_ID>
with your Copernicus Sentinel Hub WMS Instance ID.
Example (dummy):https://sh.dataspace.copernicus.eu/ogc/wms/1234-abcd-5678
- When enabled, the NDVI layer will show vegetation health (green = high, brown = low).
The NDWI layer will show water stress (dry = dark, blue = healthy). - Each FCS marker shows as:
- 🟢 Green = compliant
- 🔴 Red = non-compliant
- 🔵 Blue = “Good 4 Trade” certified
