The Barista Coffee Skills and Technology Training Institute, referred to as BCSTTI or the Kenya Coffee Skills and Technology Training Institute (KCSTTI), is a Kenyan institution focused on providing comprehensive barista, coffee processing, and coffee business training to develop professionals for the global coffee industry. It offers a curriculum that combines practical barista skills with advanced brewing techniques, technology, and sustainability education, aiming to produce highly skilled individuals for the local and international markets.
