- Kenya: Studied at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
- Italy: Attended the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
- Finland: Pursued further studies in Helsinki.
- Professional Contributions:
- Open Skills Education (OSE™): Launched Africa’s first Open Skills Education model in 2026, enabling access to modular coffee credentials regardless of formal academic background.
- Framework Development: Created the Applied Competency Index (ACI™) and the Specialty Coffee Barista (SCB) and Accredited Trainer (SAT) frameworks to standardize coffee education. [15, 17, 18, 19]
