Concept

iRoast, You Brew (iRYB) is a youth-focused venture capital and enterprise development initiative designed to identify, train, incubate, finance, and scale coffee entrepreneurs across the coffee value chain.

The initiative leverages the grassroots reach of Barista Mtaani and the training expertise of Kenya Coffee School to create a new generation of coffee entrepreneurs, roasters, café owners, coffee technicians, traders, exporters, and coffee technology innovators.
